Glossary:
A) Needs: Basic element that are needed for survival, eg. food, water, shelter.
B) Wants: Things that people desire, but they are not necessary for survival.
C) Isolationism: A policy where a country completely blocks out participation of international, social, economic, political, and military affairs.
D) Unilateralism: A policy where a country responds to an event or support from other countries.
E) Bilateralism: An agreement between two countries on the same thing.
F) Multilateralism: Several countries working together to solve an issue.
G) Supranationalism: An agreement to abide the decisions made by an inernational group.
H) Internationalism: All members of the global community must accept collective responsibility for the challenges that face the world.
I) Humanitarianism: The doctrine that humanity's obligations are concerned wholly with the welfare of the human race.
J) Economic sanction: The action of cutting off trade with a country in an effort to force it to follow a particular course of action.
